I feel that you are purposefully trying to up sell me on the oil. It defaults to the more expensive synthetic oil. With that as the default it puts the **** to deselect and select the conventional oil. Conventional oil has been used in vehicle since I bought the vehicle new in 2008. Every time. I have to say conventional. Yet there is at least 12 years of service history performed right there . Same thing on my Highlander. So can you please change the default oil and stop hoping that I slip up Please stop with up sell on this.
