Hey, Dustin Beeson was great. When I finally got to him. I pulled in and parked my car and I saw people scurrying around but noone looked at me. So, I walked into the EXPRESS entrance, which I was instructed to do last time. I stood there for 10 minutes. Then I went out and asked one of the scurrying guys where should I go?
Oh, into the chairs lined up along the wall, where last time they told me NOT to go. At this point 3 people who came after me were now ahead of me.
Thankfully Dustin recognized that I was ahead of the others and then things went smoothly.

Maybe lock the door that leads to no help. And put up a sign that tells customers where to go after they pull their car in line. 2 people were busy at computers with their backs to the window wall. What do they do?
Next time I will ask specifically what the check in routine is before I come there for routine maintenance.

Dropped car off @ 12:45 for spark plugs and wipers. Got call car ready at 2PM. $99 for plugs and $518 labor...for 1 hours work. $464/hr labor rate is nutz! And, in that same 75 minutes they changed wipers and did multi-point insp. Hard to believe, isn't it? And, I was charged $33.46 for shop supplies which, strangely enough was the exact amt of my "senior discount'. Service rep was fine.

When I checked in I was told I had one oil change left, I disagreed, he looke quickly and said Yes, I see at least 3, I will go back through and count, then I appt took over 5 hours and during check out we discussed my follow up appointment for a part, git distracted and the appointment wasn't made. It was a long day, I had planned at leastv3 hours but when advised that I should do a p something valve, I agreed then bolts were corroded on the manifold..so I still don't know how many oil changes I have left orva return appointment.
