Donnie was great! He was incredibly competent and professional. The waiting area was regularly cleaned and spaced out.
I will mention, however, I had a *REALLY* hard time scheduling the recall repair. I had to call no less than 5 times and gave my VIN each time. Every time I got a different answer as to whether or not my car needed the recall done, and was quoted “20 mins”, “half or a full day”, and “2-3 hours” For the repair. Eventually, the person on the phone said to “just bring it in and we’ll figure it out from there”. The repair took 2 hours and I had to take the day off work since it’s quite a drive to get to Heartland. Like I said, Donnie was fantastic! The service department’s phone processing could be improved.
