Austin was attentive, friendly, interested in doing the right work on my vehicle. He also worked hard to try to meet price matching from estimates I was given for the work (120K recommended) in late November, even though two of the services had increased costs over that time. He also called me after I had picked up my vehicle to tell me that he thought I had left my ball cap at his desk (I had), and agreed to hold it for me. Overall, I would consider Austin a great Toyota Service team representative! Great job!

Chester was very responsive to all of the issues with my car. I went in for an oil change and a few other issues with my car that is less than a year old. All issues were taken care of for free. I am glad that my service to our car was done with great care. I didn't like was to go out to leave after our service to find the car was left running. It is a hybrid and keyless button start and stop. I am just glad that I didn't take that long to sign out and leave.
