I was a little thrown off that we were due for our oil change but found out our free oil change wasn’t warranted 15,900 miles. ONLY tire rotation. They stated we could skip the tire rotation and go to the free oil change OR do the tire rotation and pay out of pocket for the oil change? It’s a little frustrating we couldn’t just do both as it doesn’t cost to do a tire rotation. Otherwise, Austin was helpful and the service was great.

I like the later service appointment available times. My appointment was at 6 PM. However after my oil change they came to tell me my vehicle was ready and they recommended new wiper blades. Which I said ‘yes, please put them on if they are in stock’. They came back and told me there were no techs available to put my wiper blades on, they had all left. So all though satisfied with my service, I would have liked to get the new wiper blades put on while I was there and not have to come back. It seems like if you allow later appointments, they should be able to get wiper blades on before closing out my invoice.

As someone who works in customer service and values a customer centric business, I appreciate when the organization instills the same value and care in their own employees. Employees should be treated with the same care and respect as their customers if they are to provide exemplary service. Healthy and happy employees will almost assuredly pass along the same or better to their customers. The only suggestion I would make is to make a better sign in the coffee shop area to indicate if open or closed and when to expect return if closed. Sticky notes are not sufficient. Thank you for all you're doing to keep us safe and healthy!!

I was satisfied with the entire process except for when I came to pick up my car. I was made to wait for 30 minutes while the only worker took his time checking in another customer's care. Her appointment wasn't until the next day but she brought it early... the chatted and told stories while I stood waiting after an extremely long work day. After he was done checking her in it took him about 2 minutes to have me sign papers and hand me my keys. I don't know what his name was (it wasn't Chester) but I feel like he could have helped me quickly BEFORE starting what would be a long check in process for the other customer
