Aaron was very helpful as he has been each time I have been in for service. This time I failed to call several days ahead of time for my oil change but Aaron said come in anyway as I was anxious to have the car in top shape as I had an unexpected trip the next day. Aaron explained what my next repairs would be at my next oil change. I appreciate this information including how much it will cost. I am retired and need to know ahead what my car expenses will be.

Well. I needed a yes and no choice. My engine in my Sorento I purchased in December from you needs to be replaced. Dustin did great helping me with my options. But in the end it’s gonna be over $7000 out of my pocket. Even though I had an extended service contract that is worthless that I paid $3100 for!
