Michael was kind, responsive and very good at explaining the situation to someone who doesn't know about cars very much. I thought he was honest because he told me I did not need a service that I initially thought I needed and was willing to pay for. Thus I did not end up spending on something I may have been convinced to otherwise. Michael's speed, kindness, and honesty has convinced me to return next time I have have an automotive need.

Have always appreciated the service and the staff. Easy to make appt. And Dave, who did the office paperwork very friendly and courteous. I realize we are in a challenging time, but it was definitely a long wait (1 hour 15 min.) But they did apologize. Here are the biggest issues: 1. Cost...I pay more for this oil change than any other vehicle I own. Dave and I discussed the 5% discount, but when I got home, it hadn't been applied. Not a lot of $, but the principal.
2. Started to leave after service and had to return as they didn't reset service warning light. I had to again wait for completion of my service. Doesn't promote confidence in the overall service. We do appreciate Heartland, but this wasn't the most satisfying experience. Thanks for working on improving.
