Service advisor was excellent; work on car was excellent. My problem was that when the mechanic that worked on my car was wearing a mask— he appeared to be the only mechanic wearing his mask!! As the other mechanics picked up cars or dropped them off they were not wearing their mask. I don’t think the public should be exposed to a mechanic sneezing to coughing in their cars and them picking them up. Please tell them to wear their masks!!!

This entire experience was wonderful. I was very hesitant to bring the car in because I know from past experience that you are very busy in the waiting area. I felt very safe.
