I waited in my car for 20 minutes for checking in for a 10 am appointment. Finally went inside only to see people who brought their car long after me in line ahead. Finally got to the service writer at 10:30. Why no signage giving instruction on what to do? Service writer tried to explain but why make an appointment? Sorry I purchased extended warranty. Can I get a refund?
