Again I mentioned creaking hatch door. Donnie heard it. Service did not hear in the noise of service dept. They then heard the creak and come to find out, it had a service alert about it. Two other service times when I mentioned it,it was just treated temporarily with oil. I appreciate Donnie letting me know about the service alert and hopefully it will be a permanent fix. Also, he was very courteous. Thank you.

Austin was great, however the service was not up to par because, when I paid for an oil change your mechanics would top off all the fluids this time they did not because it was a free oil change. Then requested to speak with the, Manager (Mike Seney), Austin had told me that he was going to a meeting and he would call me by the close of business which now has come and gone. Aaron was great; my issue is with Toyota. I’m still pretty disappointed that a car I purchased new was marketed as an adventure vehicle and actually isn’t ( and can’t be)equipped to do what is promoted . It’s costing me a lot of money , time, and trouble to find someone now willing to convert my 4 pin harness to a seven pin so that I can safely tow my teardrop with its brakes. I just am very disappointed that Toyota promotes a vehicle to do something that it doesn’t make parts to enable it to do!
