Somehow an oil change took 2 hours and 10 minutes today. My husband was comped for his time, however he did have other things to do today so it would have been nice to have known the vehicle was ready if indeed it was in a more timely fashion. Thank you for the free oil change though I have not heard if there were any other problems noted

I will need to call in the morning , but after having our tires rotated today, the car is shaking and says low tire pressure. This is the second time my car has come back from regular oil change and the low tire pressure light was on. Everything else has always been really good.
