Appointment was at 4:15. Arrived shortly before 4:15 and waited for the service. Car was returned at 6:00 after I was told it should be ready at approximately 5:15. No one had contacted me at 5:45 so I asked a tech to check. Too long for a simple oil change. No vacuum of the interior. I had to ask if they sanitized the inside before retuning the vehicle. I was told yes but I have no idea if it was actually done. I only interacted with Tommy when he took my credit card and completed the paperwork. I like the chairs outside to safely wait for service.
