4 months ago I brought my vehicle back after purchasing it in July 19. My main concern was the breaks. I told your department that the breaks were squeaking and that the vehicle wasn’t stopping properly. For past 4-5 months we have been on COVID-19 lock down so I haven’t driven the vehicle really any where. Now after this Oil change and inspection I get a repair sheet that says my breaks need replacing ASAP. I purchased a vehicle from NW MotorSports no issues for at least 5yrs and that was a battery replacement. I can’t see how breaks can go this bad in 6 months

Mike was great. But I was surprised that a tire rotation would lead to the need for an alignment. Which I had to pay for. Considering that I had built the appointment around an oil change, upgraded to the 30,000 mile service, and then had to pay for an alignment, I went into the appointment expecting to spend 100 bucks and spent 400. And the suspension squeak I wanted diagnosed is still there.

Breanna was not the person who assisted me. “Marie” was, and she was excellent, despite what seemed to be a far more chaotic atmosphere than I have seen in the 7+years I have had my car serviced at Heartland. It was 40 minutes before I was checked in; when my car was serviced, Marie received the keys but no paperwork. I then had to wait several minutes for that issue to be resolved. Then about 90 minutes after I was home with my car I received a text from “Breanna” saying: Update: Don't worry Irvalene, we haven't forgotten about you.
