Austin was great I popped in to see about a time frame for getting my 15000 mile service and they were able to get me right in right away I only had to wait about an hour until they were done which I don't care if I have to wait 10 minutes or 2 hours it doesn't matter it's more being able to get it done rather than having to come back the next day with an appointment

It seemed very busy and took longer than usual to get checked in and off on my way since I had a ride waiting for me and a 10:30 appointment somewhere else. Pickup was again slow and took a little over 25 minutes to check out. (I was first in line for checkout and third in line for check in.)
