I was leaving for vacation the following day of my service and was discussing it with Jessica. The next morning I had received a message from Jessica wishing us safe travels and a fun trip. That was extremely thoughtful and shows what a great employee Jessica is. She easily could have forgotten our conversation and went on with her day but instead she went above and beyond to send me that message. I brought the vehicle in for service. Ms. Stanford asked was I staying or leaving. I was given a ride home. Ms. Stanford called me two hours later that the car was done with the auto butler service and ready for pickup. A few minutes later I was called that a driver could pick me up. He did.
