Melissa the scheduler was ok. She was able to get me in earlier than the 3 week appointment scheduled. I decided against having the work done on my door because I felt the price was too high. When I went to pick up my car, it was dead. Melissa called the technician and told him my car was dead. He snatched my keys and stalked outside. I then saw him giving me a jump. When he came back in he rudely said-your car is running outside. He was very unprofessional. I will not be bringing my car back for any service.

I am furious with Sutton Ford service department because I set my appointment up weeks ago and got friendly reminders via text and emails all week. After securing a ride, and getting to the service department 15 minutes early, the rep goes in the back and come back to inform me the shop doesn’t have the part for the recall. In a well managed shop, the parts should have been secured for every customer that had an appointment ahead of time.
