Melissa the scheduler was ok. She was able to get me in earlier than the 3 week appointment scheduled. I decided against having the work done on my door because I felt the price was too high. When I went to pick up my car, it was dead. Melissa called the technician and told him my car was dead. He snatched my keys and stalked outside. I then saw him giving me a jump. When he came back in he rudely said-your car is running outside. He was very unprofessional. I will not be bringing my car back for any service.

Considering you offer a free car wash why not just wash the car before you bring it out. I waited 20 minutes then had to leave without the car wash because no one ever came to wash the car and that could’ve been done in the 20 minutes I waited.
