The car service & representatives were professional however, the transportation service was the opposite! He did not pick me back up after a couple calls trying to find out where’s the transportation I was told that he be there shortly!! But he never came! I’m glad I chose to go too my sister who was closer. When I arrive I saw the driver and ask him what happen? He had this smirk of a smile and mention O we got busy!!! Very unprofessional and unethical…I know now not too depend on the Transportation service……
