Jessica was great. The problem was that I had recently had my car there for service and when I picked up my car I noticed the screw missing from one side of my license plate before I left. I was in a hurry as I had to go to work so I didn’t go back in and say anything. The next day my back passenger tire was very low. I had a friend fill it up and it looked to be ok. Yesterday the front passenger tire was flat. Found that the screw from my license plate was in that tire. It wasn’t really fixable so I had to buy a new tire. They did a great job, but I feel this happened while my car was being fixed at the dealership because my license plate was not like that when I brought it in I felt I should have been compensated in some way.
