I went in to get a broken door latch fixed that I was told would be that was covered under a recall when I go in to get a fix I'm told that the recall For my broken door latch has expired

The work was not the work of a Blue Opal Dealer. My vehicle was in your shop for two days and the problem with the interior lights was not done properly. My vehicle was dirty on the inside from the shoes of the Technician that work on it. I had to bring it back to be clean. Then I had to bring it back because the lights were not working. My truck was in your shop for TWO more days. No call from you to say my truck would not be done. I had to call the service department on the second day to find out what was the problem. After completing of the work I had to send it back in to be clean up on the inside again. Now I must take to a detail shop so the carpet and door to done. TOTAL UNEXPECXEABLE. YOU WILL RECEIVE A 0 rating from me on the service for the first time. Sutton Ford can not blame this on COVID. I KNOW ALREADY THAT YOU ARE SORRY. That’s not good.
