Wait estimates are ridiculous. I was told it would take 2 hours for my car to be seen. So I decided to wait. I received a text at 3:00 pm indicating my vehicle” s service was progressing along as I sat there staring at my car sittting exactly where I parked it and untouched going into my 3rd hour of waiting for an oil change/the works package.
While I was waiting I heard the service rep tell other customers a wash is included automatically. After waiting 5 hours for my car as it pulled in I was relieved and anxious to leave assuming my service was complete. Not the case. I was then asked if I wanted a wash for which I waited another 30 minutes. Whyy is this type of service acceptable??
