Mr. Vasquezwas very professional, attentive & respectful, which is an important issue with me.since females are not always treated with respect in a car garage.He answered all of the many questions I had, help set up my Ford Rewards app and asked to take care of an open recall for me NOW since I was in for an oil change. My experience with him also prompted me to ask if I could come.back to Sutton instead of the Ford Dealership where the vehicle was.purchased from & where.I did.not have a good customer.experience. Mr. Vasquez was.also able to verify the reason why I am waiting for another.open recall to be repaired. I verified this other recall because I was not trusting/believing the reason that the other dealership gave me for the delay in getting the repair completed. Based on our interactions, I believe Mr. Vasquez & will be going back to Sutton Ford dealership only. I appreciated his work ethic in the service he provided to me.
