I had a seatbelt & airbag service done on July 3,2020 and returned to Longo on July 18, 2020 because a wire was exposed and also problem with seatbelts. The service was completed well and mechanic fixed the problem. But Ethan Su was not very friendly and had an attitude. He was my service adviser both times and I realized this was his normal personality. Every time that I’ve been there before, the service advisors have been very friendly and willing to help in anyway. Just wanted to bring this to your attention because he does not represent the friendly hospitality and service Longo is known for. I hope I won’t have him the next time I’m there. Thank you.

Longo Toyota you really have to work something out with the time frame you are taking to service cars . I made an appointment at 9:15 didn’t get my car back til 12:30 , I personally don’t think this is acceptable given the fact that I made an appointment. Then what’s the point in making an appointment ? To me that speaks volumes that Longo does not value its customer time. Work something out For your customers , it’s extremely frustrating having to wait this long .
