When I reserve the recall service the staff told me it will take 3-4 hours but when I took the car Kayla said the service will take longer than that and will be done by 3 pm. I told what I was told to Kayla but she said it is inaccurate information. So I got the rental because I had meetings from 1 PM. Before 12 PM I got the message saying the recall service was over less than 3 hours. I f I got the correct information from Kayla I would not rent the car and just wait there. Double travel to the Longo and wasted my time.
Kayla convinced me that the reservation staff doesn't have technical background so gave me incorrect information but seems like the reservation staff is more knowledgable than Kayla.

My appointment did not start off well and the appointment ended terrible. When I drove down #2 lane as instructed by the hostess, there were 3 service guys standing on the #2 lane socializing preventing me from pulling forward. They saw me, but did not greet me and did not move so I can pull all the way forward. I looked around made eye contact with a few service guys, but no one helped me or even asked the guys to move out of the way. After a few minutes, a service guy could see my frustration and told the guys to move so I can pull forward. When I picked up my car it was very upsetting to find that the carbon filters on my car did not need to be changed and it was not mentioned to me during the call from Jeffrey. I found out when I got my car back and the replaced filters were left on my passenger seat with a post it not saying that they were not dirty and could be re-used. I spent over $100 on parts. I felt like Jeffrey could have had the courtesy to call and tell me the situation before changing out the filters. I would have opted not to change them when they didn’t need to be. The past service guys that have helped me in the past we’re very thorough and very information letting me know the situation beforehand before they started working on the car. I’ll definitely have to reconsider bringing my car to Longo in the future when clearly the service guys do not have the customers best interest at heart.

Deeply disappointed in my visit. Went in with both my Camry and Highlander to get maintenanced. Was told my car would be checked and worked on due to a recall and some seat warmer wiring malfunction, took the family on a drive only to find out that the wiring that was promised to be "unplugged" until further inspection and replacement of the needed parts was not done. Not only did I pay for a car rental while they worked on my car for roughly 7hrs, get charged for products/services I did not aquire, but I was lied about said things that were going to be done for the safety of my family. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed, have been with Longo for some time now and have never had this type of problem. I hope this is temporarily due to COVID and not where Longo is headed. Thank you
