Another dealership I went to and where I purchased my car weren’t so helpful. Staff was rude and not very helpful. Won’t ever do busy with them. I was ready to give up on Toyota and sworn never to purchase another Toyota. Longo Toyota changed my mind. I’m glad to see not all dealerships are the same. Longo actually cares about their customers. Loved the car wash!

Roy was cordial and efficient in getting the maintenance and recall repair of our car completed. He was precise in estimating the time it would take to get the car completed.
