Longo service was professional. We are just unhappy with the problem with our new Toyota. Based on online research we are not the only one's with the problem and Toyota has no fix. We spent a lot of money on a vehicle with a problem, which has now inconvenienced us twice. It doesn't promote confidence with Toyota when there are problems with a brand new vehicle, even less when others have the same or similar problem and have also been basically been told to deal with it.
