Albert explained everything when I came back to get my tire replaced. He told me I had a tire coverage and even scheduled the appointment for the earliest appointment available. The experience has become negative as it took almost four hours to get my tire changed and balanced, but I know Longo gets busy. Anyway, he noticed that they were running late and said he would get my truck washed as he noticed it was dirty. I know things happen, and two hours can become four, but Albert reached out a couple of times to keep me in the loop and turned the experience to positive with the carwash. He is a great guy.

The time I spent at the dealership for the amount of work done was far too long. I made an appointment at 7:30, arrived in time and didn't get out of the dealership until 11:00. The service I needed could not have taken more than 45 minutes.
