I had to wait five hours to have a tire replaced after a puncture emergency. I understand that appointments were backed up for days. I understand that not having an appointment means some waiting. But changing a tire should be the kind of small job you can slot in between larger jobs. If I had known this is the type of service I’d receive, I would have simply bought my tires at a simple tire shop elsewhere.
