I had gotten a used car from Longo last year, and it came with a separate package of TOYOTACARE. However, when I brought my car in for service today, I was told the package was expired and that I would have to pay for my service. I’m not mad, and it is also partially my fault for not asking about it, but it should’ve been in their computer system right? Other than that it was good. The service was done in a timely matter.
