Last Saturday my husband took our Camry for an oil change and tires to be rotated and balanced. My husband was very specific about the balancing. It was NOT balanced. She did NOT note it. When I drove the car I couldn't go over 40 mph bcuz the car would start shaking. He called to make an appointment and was told they were booked. Friday morning he took it in without an appointment.It took ALL DAY. We picked up the car around 6:15 in the evening. My husband spoke with Matt and told him what had happened on Saturday. He told my husband something in regards to "So what your trying to say is that you feel you shouldn't have to pay for today's service?" My husband responded " I don't have a problem paying but I feel that this shouldn't of happened bcuz I told her about the balancing.
Matt told my husband that he was not going to charge him this time.
I feel that when tires are rotated you should know that the tires should be balanced automatically or ask if you want the tires balanced.
