I had to wait 2.5 hours for a minor maintenance.
This was a scheduled appointment.
The previous maintenance was done in less than a hour in a Detroit area Toyota dealer. They also did more work ( oil and filter).
Probably not Emily’s fault, but management’s lack of technician availability or poor scheduling.
