The representative who helped me was totally fine. No issues at all with him. However, I was not warned when I made the appointment that it would take 5+ hours. My car wasn’t even started until I had already been there an hour, so it was 6 hours total. 1) if I have an appointment, I expect it to roughly correspond to when it is started. 2) make sure customers are warned of the probable wait. When I got there I was told I should bring it back in the morning, which is absurd, because I made an appointment. It shouldn’t matter how many cars are “ahead” of mine; that’s what appointments are for. At least apologize for the wait and have coffee available or something.

I was there for 5 hours with a scheduled appointment at 7:30am. I didn’t get any calls letting me know they were almost done or that they had any problems. Not until I talked to to the service manager who helped me out. As soon as I talked to him I got a call saying it was almost ready. Not really happy with that but it is what it is. It got done.
