I received a text that my car was ready & a call. I leave work to pick up my car and it took more than 45 for me to receive my car after I had paid for the service. The receptionist tells me “oh your car is lost, we can’t find it” I couldn’t to wait and my car was lost. Very disappointed with the service, I trust Longo by leaving my car for longo to lose my car.
