Waiting 3 hours for an oil change with a scheduled appointment is unexceptionable. Being sent pictures of Things I’m guessing that are wrong with my vehicle, but no explanation as to what I’m looking or why, poor customer service. Over booked with appointments without the man poor, and all the manager has to say is, they know their broken right fo to cut backs, so then don’t over book and over work the current employees working worst service I’ve ever received today out of all the years I’ve been coming to this location, lack of communication
