I get that we’re in difficult times and scheduling can be challenging. But the service center seemed totally overbooked, and unsafely so, although distancing and masking were observed. But my routine service took over 4 hours (2.5 hours estimated) and my car was messy inside when delivered. In fairness, this is the only time I’ve ever complained in 20 years. Better next time I’m hoping!
