I’m not sure what I should say. But I’m very disappointed with the service. I had made a complaint about the passenger car seat, which needed to be setup properly. Even on my 2nd service I told them but didn’t fixed it properly and even at my 3rd service I told them the same. But they would just fold and give it back to me. Not even properly set it up. I’m sorry to say but I’m very unhappy with the car service.

I’m not satisfied with my service at Longo Toyota today. They didn’t car wash & vacuum. When I complained they just sprayed water Then bring my car back out. When I asked customer service to clean the said I have to pay $50. When I buy this car the sell man said free car wash. False advertisement

For the most part, everything went well. Ethan was great, service was superb, wait time for the service was also nothing to complain about. One of the services, was to replace the battery in my remote. It wouldn’t lock or unlock from a distance or if I were standing next to the car. I assumed it was the battery, which is what Ethan and I discussed replacing. Upon return of my car, it still wasn’t operating. So that’s the only complaint. It be nice to get that resolved somehow.
