There should be (more) lights where the cars are picked up after they are serviced. Currently there are no light poles in this area. ( There is only lighting under the “porch” area but no lighting projecting out where the “valet” area is. Without the lighting, it makes it difficult to identify your car when picking up your car in the evening.

Emily our service advisor was great... The only reason I was t satisfied is because I made an appointment for 1:30pm with the appointment person asking me if I’ll be waiting... I said yes. When I took the car in they said it wouldn’t be ready until 5-6! For a loose door panel? My thing is why make an appointment. I could have just been a drive up customer. I did get a free rental (partly had to pay for insurance and gas) but where can you drive too dieting a pandemic in LA county??? Everything is closed. The car was eventually ready after 6... long day to say the least.
