Took over 30mins to get my car back after I paid cashier. Jeffrey Tsao tech seemed very monotone and assertive. Not sure if customer service is part of a tech's role. Please provide friendlier and honest staff not people who juat want to puah you thru a line.

I was told expected ETA for my truck would be Friday Oct 23. Truck was not ready until the following Tuesday which was ok but I had to call Monday to see what had happened with the friday ETA. Would of appreciated a call. When I picked up my vehicle the battery was not secured down and they forgot to clamp down a hose. Did not want to spend anymore time at dealership so I fixed myself. The truck was also filthy with dust in the inside it wasn't wiped down , looks like the windows had been left down. I UNDERSTAND the dealership isn't washing the vehicles but considering we are living through an epidemic I'd a the least expect it do be wiped down. This is the second time I take my vehicle for an oil leak while still under warranty and the least I'd expect is some better customer service and at least to get my vehicle back like I dropped it off(clean). While under toyota care I never had any issues but the last couple of times specially with the oil leak have not been pleasant. Hope this is not the experience of any future customers, not pleasant.
