I had a 2pm appointment and was waiting there for 3 hrs when I asked if the car was almost done. He said there were 5 cars still ahead of me. At that moment I asked for my car and left without it being serviced. That was a waste of 3 hrs. I’m never going to Longo. I had the same experience years ago at Longo. I guess that’s why I haven’t been there in years and plan on never going back. After buying my car from there, you would think to get better customer service!
