I am not satisfied with the service. I came in today 11/10/20 at 10:30am for oil change and was waiting for my car to get serviced until 5:30pm. I've waited for 7 hours and was wondering where my car was since 10:30am. It turns out that my car has been left alone since 10:30am until I asked an advisor to check on the status of the oil change service. I've always be a loyal customer of Toyota Longo but the wait time today was unacceptable. It's a slow day today and I don't think the techanican needs 7 hours to change oil. I have waited for 3 4 hours before but 7 hours is unacceptable!!!

I called the day prior and was told to come as walk in. Asked about rides home and was informed because I had a 4month old infant I would receive a Uber home and back. So I showed up for service with my baby and was told 4pm would be the latest the car would be ready. This was ok because I had to drop off my baby and be at work by 4:45. Upon seeing the service agent for transportation I was told no and that I would have to wait 45min before a Uber was offered. My son had to eat since he’s on a two hour eating schedule. I told him we would like to purchase the extended Toyota care and he had no problem taking th money to receive his commission. The girl assisting with transportation was extremely rude and eventually when the baby started to get fussy she told me she’ll get me a Uber and wait outside. When I asked to be picked up and be back by 4 which was my cars promised time she said she couldn’t and I would have to be back by 3 as it was the Latest to get me back and I would have to wait if the car was not finished. I went back to Eric chung to explain him the situation the service agent told me and said if that was the case I’ll just take it to Cerritos. He said that he would note to have my car ready by 3. I said I’ll only leave it if it’ll be ready by then or if I get a rental car but would hate to waste my time going back and forth. He assured me I would be taken care of. Upon returning Jeff calls me as I was changing my baby’s diaper in the restroom while the car retrieval office was trying to figure out what was going on with my car. Then they told me Jeff took over because Eric wasn’t there anymore and I told them he just left me a voicemail that the car would be ready around 5 or soon after that. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable because Eric was at his desk working still and when I asked Jeff about rental car Eric promised me he said he could get me a shuttle home. Jeff said no but he would ask Eric, then came back and told me to go to enterprise. I am formally requesting that Eric Chung is no longer my service advisor and You (Longo Toyota) cancel the extended Toyota care that I purchased from him, I’ll just support local small businesses and find a local mechanic. Not to mention and which blew me away was that after all this trouble, Jeff called me to suggest additional service such as swapping filters for $190 and can have that ready by tomorrow #MindBlown
