Came in at 2:45, was told car would be ready at 5:30-6, already quite a long time. When ~6:30 came, I called both Jeffrey's number, and another number of another associate to find out what was taking so long, how much longer- no answer at either number. Frustrating blowing that much time. To me, a call with an updated estimate of when I could resume my life should have happened at 5:30, the first estimate I was given.

The service from Biagio B. was very good.But the car service took too long. From 10.00 am ,they said be ready by 3:00 pm.This was not true.. I wait till almost 5:00 pm. !! I think the management need to do a better job and schedule services in a more efficient way. Thanks for your attention to customers comments.
