I had an appointment but still had to wait. Another vehicle with no appointment was helped before I was. While I sat in my vehicle waiting,employees were standing around talking and drinking coffee. Two items on my car were suggested to be changed (filters) but I didn't find out till I went to pick up my vehicle. I should have received a call from the service advisor asking if I want the filters changed.

I’m not sure it could be helped, but when replacing the 12V battery, the radio became inoperative. The replacement radio will be in stock in about 2 weeks so I will have to return foe another service appointment. Otherwise, the customer service was very good by Noni and Andrew.
