Alex was attentive and professional as a service advisor. Compared to other outside service advisors, he notified me ahead of time and properly asked for my permission to do any further work that was not discussed in the preliminary estimate. It's great that longo has the update tech to show customers in depth details of damages that can be seen to ensure customers they're not getting a lemon. I will continue to have my cars serviced only at Longo. ;)
