This was my 2nd visit to longo for my 10,000 mile service and again i was disappointed by their service. I figured it why im not getting top service. Its because you made your money selling me the stupid car but now since im not paying for service i will get mediocre service unless i was a paying customer- i hate that i bought the car at such lousy dealer. If only i could return the car and go where i should have gone, to Metro Honda where they treat EVERY customer like they are number one. I truly think Longo falsely claims to have good service! I will give you nothing but bad reviews when asked about your service.
I just want what you promise to do to be done but i guess i better go to a real dealer that cares. I hate buying my car at longo!!!!!!!
