Teddy went above and beyond to help make our first service experience a great one! I had scheduled an appointment over the phone with someone at the Service Dept. front desk and I never received an email confirmation. Teddy pointed out that we didn’t have an appointment and it is about a 30-45 min drive for us to get to the dealership, not to mention I am 9 months pregnant so it would be an inconvenience for us to come back. Teddy took care of us and made sure we were seen and our car was serviced in a reasonable time. I cannot recommend him and Longo Toyota enough! Checkout was a breeze and all the staff we encountered that day were so friendly and helpful! Thank you!
