Why make an appointment when it takes 4 hours and non appointment line customers get in and out faster for service. I literally watched 5 cars pull in after mine and 2 were non appointment line and they all left before me. Then they sent my car to get washed which took a extra hour and didn’t wash because the wi die was cracked. So if you aren’t going to wash it, that’s fine, just don’t send it to get washed and sit for an extra hour when your policy is to not wash for a cracked windshield.
