It took 4 hours to service my car, which seemed excessive. I physically waited at dealership. I live less than 1 mile from Whittier Toyota, but I purchased & always service my car at Longo. I will continue to do, but turnaround time has to improve.

I was very happy with the interior detailing of my vehicle except for the damage made to my middle console. I was very dissatisfied that the corner of my middle console was damaged and the leather was stripped and was very noticeable. I brought it to the attention of the service technician who was assisting me, he then notified his supervisor. I was informed an investigation would take place and they would get back to me.
