1. I sent in the car for that kind of service as per your service report . I did make an appointment for the service. Arrived at 8:30 am and the car was ready till1:15pm. A total of more than 4-hrs. just for that amount of service. 2. When the car was ready for pickup and turn my engine on I found the technician messed up my radio to such a loud sound that nearly broke my ear drum. He also played with my radio settings. I am a loyal and faithful customer custom of Longo.I know Longo Toyota is a big company and doesn’t mind if it loses a customer. But if no action and changes will be taken by the Administration, I am sure you will see more customer lost in the future. I am very unhappy with the service.By the way, your rep told me that the service would be ready by 12 noon and then extended to 1 pm and again to 1:15 pm when I really saw my car.....from a very unhappy customer

Teddy Chiu always gives us great service, keeps us constantly updated on the status of our repairs and for those times when he has to let us know expensive repairs are needed he gives us the news in a manner that lets us know he sympathizes with the unexpected costs. We never feel like he’s recommending unnecessary repairs or pushing “the repair of the month” like other places do. Worth the 60 mile 1-way drive!!!

Extremely unhappy with $477 of un-needed trans fluid flush, $155 of mass airflow sensor cleaning and $55 if detail center steam clean engine. These are totally unnecessary. You guys are scams. Called me a 2nd time on a axle replacement and then a 3rd time for a tire sensor that you guys probably broke. I know business are down but I am suffering too with Covid and lost wages. I did not suspect but when I check on the internet, you guys took me for a ride. I am really unhappy to wasted almost $700. I will never agree to those so called recommendations that's geared to enrich you guys to my determint

I strongly disagree with the services that Toyota provides, I took my car to service on Saturday October 31st., and they left me the problem that the hatch (rear door) no longer worked, I made a new appointment for Saturday, November 7 They should check because the hatch was stuck, they told me it was my battery that no longer worked and they offer to me a very high price for that battery, I said no, so I went somewhere else to check my battery and alternator, and They told me that everything was fine, that my battery has no problem, I went to get a second opinion at an electrical workshop with the same results, my battery is fine, I went to my house and installed the battery of my daughter's car and the problem was the same. which makes me think that something is not right with your services. My problem continues and I continue to pay how much warranty they offered me when I bought the car, but my car is still bad. Add to all of this that I am losing my work days, time is very important to me, I cannot be throwing it away like garbage. Hope you have a satisfactory answer.
