I was given an estimate completion time of 3pm but without any notice it was delayed and I did not receive a notice or message of this. I tried to find Kayla who helped me when I arrived but when I went to look for her she was gone and her desk was closed up. I did not know who to ask about the status of my vehicle. I asked the concierge and the checkout counter but they couldn’t help. I finally was able to get an answer by 4pm from another service person, and they had said about 10mins. But still waited until after 4:30pm
