After the service was done. I checked under the hood before I went home and I found all the fluid levels were still low. I brought the car back to the representative and he had a tech inspect the car and said it was okay to have those levels. Also the rep added that the windshield wiper fluid is not included in the service while on the paperwork I was provided it stated the Opcode TS45IN inspect and adjust all fluid levels.
The rep offered water to be put in place of the windshield wiper fluid which I declined.
Because of this experience now I am doubting if the rest of the work was properly done and may have to take my car serviced somewhere else.
At this point I cannot recommend Longo Toyota to my peers and clients to get their vehicle serviced.

Seems like the mechanics did not put the paper mats to protect my Toyota mats and got the driver side mat very dirty
When we picked the car we noticed that and told Danny
He immediately took care of the issue and fixed the problem
He wasn’t blaming nobody he just took care of the issue
