I was satisfied with Daniel Perez ability and kindness.. specially when he called me in the morning to tell me my truck was ready for pick up. Sadly he wasn't ther when I pick me truck. I was not satisfied with the guy who gave it to me, because he not even bothered to tell me nothing about my truck problem, and the reason I took my truck all the noise and pushing to the side and is reaping on the passengers side cjair. Sadly I don't ask the guy name and supposedly he just gave me my truck and didn't k ow anything about it.. but Daniel Perez was very helpfu and kind, besides he showed k.woledgement, too bad he was out to lunch. h

My appointment was 8:15, I arrived at 8:00am to check in and waiting for rep to help me process my paperwork, finally the gentleman walked in to my car to process my paperwork, I was sitting in my car and waiting for 30 mins. I have 8:25 am for my company Zooms meeting, I planned earlier I can able sit inside waiting area for my work, unfortunately it turned out I wanted it to be.
